User Interface Designer
We are looking for a mid- or senior-level UI designer with strong interests and capabilities in the rapid development of rich Internet applications. The candidate will also have extensive experience in a fast-paced and innovative development environment.

The ideal candidate will specialize in one of the following while being capable of all three:

  • Usability and interaction design
  • Designing of artistic skins or applications

Required experience and skills:

  • 2 or more years of user interface design experience focused around visual design for software applications, web, CDROM or kiosks
  • 2 or more years of information architecture experience
  • Strong knowledge of Fireworks, Photoshop, Illustrator and/or Flash
  • Good knowledge of and experience with user interface design patterns, visual design elements, Web technologies and development methodologies

Account Executive
The account executive (AE) will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and creating strategic client relationships at the CEO, COO, CMO and CIO level. The AE will identify, approach, and develop potential top-tier, key clients and lead the sales effort while being committed to quality and a team-based approach to problem solving.

The AE will be the first to establish a relationship with potential customers. This highly skilled sales professional will need to be able to talk to multi-layers within a corporation and relate EffectiveUI’s services that align with specific client needs. The AE is expected to uncover projects, understand current business strategies, and provide solutions to existing and potential clients. By understanding the clients business, the AE will work with an Account Manager to 1) Successfully complete projects, 2) Expand relationships within an organization, and 3) provide solutions that are customized to the clients specific strategies and goals.

The goal of AE is to support the client in becoming long-term partners with EffectiveUI. By regularly providing account strategy, the AE will ensure longer engagements that provide true business value for our customers.

Account Manager
The account manager (AM) is responsible for the overall account management, planning and development of EffectiveUI's top level accounts. They will serve as the strategic account partner and client advocate, and ensure exceptional EffectiveUI engagement experiences and client satisfaction. The account manager is also responsible for identifying and driving additional account business and revenue through strategic relationship building and value-added consulting services.

Primary Role:

  • Driving new business and incremental revenue on existing accounts
  • Ensuring client satisfaction
  • Providing value-add and strategic account services

Responsibilities:

  • Account Planning and Business Development
  • Design an account development plan which includes the client's business mission, goals and objectives, organization chart, key stakeholders, influencers and decision makers, integrators, dependencies and barriers, and initial account growth strategies.
  • Identify and build relationships with key executives and additional business units or product lines
  • Pitch new business opportunities, write proposals and SOWs for additional business units within the account
  • Negotiate contract terms, conditions and pricing for existing and new account business

Project Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and participate in project scoping, pricing, and estimates for new project opportunities
  • Act as the internal client advocate when participating with the internal project team
  • Communicate closely with the project manager to verify that existing client projects are in scope, on time and within budget.

Director of Account Management
In the role of Director of Account Management you will provide leadership and guidance to the account management team who serve as the account partners and client advocates ensuring exceptional EffectiveUI engagement experiences and high levels of client satisfaction. In addition, you will lead and mentor your team to help identify and drive additional account business and revenue through strategic relationship building and value-added services. The Director of Account Management will also need to be P&L focused to ensure accounts are profitable and contribute to the overall company goals and success.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business and incremental revenue on existing accounts (team selling approach)
  • Account planning and development
  • Ensure high client satisfaction
  • Provide value-add and strategic account services
  • P&L focus to ensure operational efficiency and company success
  • Hire, retain, cultivate and grow a professional world-class account management team

Responsibilities: General Management

  • Manage and cultivate departmental objectives while keeping a keen eye towards the company goals and budget

What You Need to Be Successful at this Role:

  • Consulting or interactive agency background with previous experience implementing Web or Cross-Channel Enterprise program initiatives.
  • Ability to accurately scope pre-sales engagements via interaction with the client, sales and the experience architects (solution development)
  • Expertise in best practices for client engagement processes
  • Ability to serve as a conduit in helping to identify and communicate customer issues and concerns to senior management and provide feedback sales, design and development

Public Relations Manager

The public relations manager is responsible for coordinating all aspects of the company’s public relations activities. Primary responsibilities are centered on proactively building relationships with business and technology media, organizing press events and tours, crafting and pitching stories to media, and coordinating with internal resources to maximize company exposure through the delivery of regular announcements.

Candidate should have experience working in a public relations role for a software or technology services industry. The candidate should be a self-starter and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment with limited direction. Reports to the director of marketing.

Essential Functions:

  • Study the objectives, promotional policies and needs of the organization to develop public relations strategies that will influence positive branding, thought leadership and increase lead generation.
  • Help develop and execute comprehensive public relations tactical plans that support the media exposure and branding objectives of the organization.
  • Drive messaging and branding initiatives outside the organization to communicate a high image to business and technology media segments.
  • Plan and oversee public relation activities including but not limited to press releases, social media news releases, trade show interviews, partner events, client events, press tours for executives, and build relationships with media journalists.
  • Respond to requests for information from the media or designate another appropriate spokesperson or information source.
  • Arrange public appearances, speaking opportunities for company executives and clients to increase company capabilities and branding awareness.
  • When requested coach client representatives in effective communication with the public and with employees.
  • Establish and maintain cooperative relationships with representatives of local Denver business and press community.
  • Confer with marketing and other internal personnel to produce and coordinate production of advertisements and other rich media assets.
  • Work with team members to create, edit, and post content to company Web sites.
  • Provide general support to the director of marketing in the achievement of marketing department goals.
  • Aid in developing and managing the annual public relations budget with the director of marketing.
